StandBy Terms of Service

Welcome to StandBy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StandBy software and any related services (collectively, "Service") provided by bzk9x ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any future modifications.
- The Company reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

- Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or security of the Service or servers.

- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software or Service.
- You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
5. Theme Creation and Sale
- Users are allowed to create and sell custom themes for the Service.
- By creating a theme, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your theme for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials and showcases.
6. Termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
7. Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by the Company. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works, or distribute any part of the Service without the Company’s prior written consent.
